Japan prize
The composition “Friend” made by producer of Children training and educational editorship of Mongolian national television Ariunjargal.L had been awarded leading prize from the Japan Prize competition, international training and educational program, which was held in Tokyo last October.
The composition “Friend” by Ariunjargal get a leading prize in children program category from the ‘Japan prize’ competition which competed more than 150 programs of 50 countries. The competition run by NHK television every year. Cameraman Nyamsukh and editor Tuul.D helped to produce the composition and main roles played by artists Batbayr and schoolboy Bilguun.
According to the web site www.nhk.jp.org_jp.prize, only five programs from Asia, Mongolia, Korea, Japan, India, China, had been selected in the last selection. In the content of the 15 minute short composition reflected relationship between feeble minded adult and child. Produser Ariunjargal.L said, “The main goal of the composition is to create more humanitarian thinking among the children and communicate with each other in respectful manner”.
Her another composition “Foal and me” also selected most interesting and attractive program by children viewer from ‘Prix Jeunesse’ competition of international child and youth television programs and international training, educational programs, which run in Beijing last October.
Child and youth’s television program competition of German ‘Prix Jeunesse’ funds which usually run every two year among European countries, first time held in Asian continent. It was organized by Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union with cooperation Central Television of China. Mongolian producers had started to participate in this competition since 2000. In 2002 producer Ariunjargal get a special prize for the composition ‘Went for water’, in 2004 she get a UNESCO prize for the composition ‘My name is Bataa’. Our producers actively participated in the competition because the competition first time run in Asia this year and they sent eight programs. Three programs from Mongolian had been selected in the second selection and the composition by Ariunjargal selected most interesting programs by the viewer children.
