On 25 November, last Friday night, the three selected candidates was involved to the TV debate. Members of National Board has questioned them regarding their future action plan. Some members of the newly established Collective Board have observed the TV debate.

On the last minute the candidate Mr.Enkhbat, whom has mostly criticized members of Collective board due to the party support, has refused to candidate for the general directors position.

After that, members of National Board made a selection on rest two candidates by secret ballot. Most of members have supported Mr. S.Myagmar, owner of the private studio “Boroldoi” and he has appointed as the new general of Public Radio& Television. Mr.S.Myagmar has worked at Mongolian National Radio television as a director for many years and since 1990-es has establsihed his own animation studio. During the interview he has promised to do a renewal in accordance with the newly enacted law on Public Radio & Television and pay attention on social welfare problems of radio and televison staff.

According to the “Unuudur /Today / daily newspaper, Radio and Televison community and especially the members of Collective Board are pleased by the selection.
