Mr.Chuluunbaatar Dolgor, Editor-in-Chief of daily newspaper Ulaanbaatar Times has been released on bail on 22nd of July, 2011 on the grounds of poor health.

Chuluunbaatar Dolgor was arrested on 24 March 2011 and put in Detention Center No 461. On April 7, 2011, he was indicted for allegedly “illegal privatization and serious damage of public property.”
